The Bulk Packaging section of Job Settings is where the studio can control how bulk orders are sorted, packaged, and shipped when fulfilled. The most important settings any studio should review when bulking orders is the Address and Sorting of the orders.

If this was skipped during new job setup, the settings can always be applied at any time.

Inside a Job, open Job Settings β†’ Bulk Packaging

πŸ“Œ Note: These settings are only available when Hold Order Fulfillment Until Manual Release is enabled under Job Settings β†’ Order Fulfillment.

What details can I add?

❗Caution: Please confirm all options* are available with your lab before ordering.

Address

Where the bulk orders should be shipped for fulfillment. The default selection is the studio address - pulled from Preferences β†’ My Studio β†’ Address.

If preferred, studios can opt to include a contact and address to ship the bulk package to.

Envelope Type*

The type of envelope the lab should use to apply to orders. Choose from the available selections of:

  • None

  • On File at Lab

  • Paper - Windowed

  • Paper - Enclosed

  • Poly/Clear bag

  • Custom

Include Package for Subjects Without Orders*

Toggle Blueprint to include a flag for all subjects who have no orders in the bulk for the lab to include an "on-file" package.

Split/Combine Multiple Subjects*

Specify how multiple orders for the same subject included in a bulk order should be packaged at the lab:

  • Always Split (Default)

  • Always Combine (Bulk)

  • Combine if same billing email address, otherwise split

  • Split by Package

❗Caution: While Blueprint defaults to always split orders, some major lab workflows do not support this. Please check with your lab on order split capabilities before releasing orders for fulfillment.

Flyer Insert*

Toggle Blueprint to have the lab include an "on-file" flyer with each order while processing.

Sorting

Specify how the order should be sorted within the bulk order. You can choose up to 4 subject data fields to sort by, such as Teacher, Grade, Last Name, First Name.
