My Studio is a section in Blueprint Preferences where you can add common but important business details like:
Studio Name
Studio Address
Studio Website
and more
Some of the fields you can fill in may be a little confusing, so we recommend filling out the section while referencing this article. It's important to keep this information up to date as it's referenced throughout Blueprint.
What details can I add?
In Blueprint, click on "Name @ Studio" at the top-right to open Preferences → My Studio.
From here, you can include the following information:
Studio Name
The name of the studio.
Studio Address
The address of the studio. Use a main office if more than 1 address is available.
❗Is your home-office your studio?
Avoid adding a home address, as it could print on the customer's receipt if:
Studio plans to receive fulfilled orders from a Lab, then ship to customers.
Studio plans to receive fulfilled orders from a Lab, then deliver a bulk order.
📢 The name and address used will be referenced as the "ship to studio" address option for bulk ordering fulfillment in your jobs.
Studio Main Contact
The main point-of-contact for your customers to get in contact with the studio.
This will print on the customer's receipt as the contact email and is referenced in the Shop.
💡 Try using generic terms like "Customer" and "Service" instead of First-Last Name to avoid name-dropping a direct contact.
Studio Order Emails
This email address will be cc'd to your customer's emailed receipt, sent by:
no-reply@imagequix.com
📝 How are these emails used again?
Studio Main Contact
This email address is printed on the customer's receipt.
Customers encouraged to use contact for assistance.
Studio Order Emails
This email address is cc'd when the customer's receipt is delivered.
