How are backgrounds applied?
Backgrounds are applied to images by:
Centering the background to the ordered pose's image size.
Flattening the ordered pose to the background.
Scaling the flattened image to fit the ordered print size.
Can I offer vertical and horizontal backgrounds at the same time?
You can, but it's recommended to create separate background categories to help customers find the right background for the right image orientation.
The Shop does not support matching backgrounds to selected pose orientation.
Are there file limitations?
Please do not upload background files that:
Contains special characters.
-,_, andspaceare permitted.
does not have the file extension in the filename.
is not larger than 6000px on the longest side.
