My Designs is the studio's catalog. In this section, you can build and maintain custom:

  • Products - items you add to a job or price sheet for ordering/printing.

  • Options - services that affect product, image, or order fulfillment.

  • Backgrounds - sets of organized images to use for green screen ordering.

These things can dynamically mix with subject, image, or shop-collected data for a personalized and truly unique memento for customers. With the right price sheet settings, certain items can be fulfilled with Blueprint Partner Lab services.

πŸ’‘ Interested in self-fulfillment? Get Blueprint Lab to print any customer-designed print products.

❗Warning Its recommended users do not work on the same item at the same time to prevent data loss and poor user experience.

What's in the studio catalog?

Products

Open My Designs, select Add Product then choose a product from the list.

There are 4 product types that can be created:

  • Print - requires an image for fulfillment; used to create custom sizes and templates.

  • Product - does not accept an image for fulfillment.

  • Proof Sheet - customized single or multi-page template for making re-order forms.

  • Collection - uses a range of images for fulfillment.

These items are self-fulfilled by default when on a price sheet, showing as My Service - but prints can have their fulfillment changed to a partnered lab service on the price sheet.

πŸ“ Note: Its critical price sheet fulfilment and designs are correct before ordering.

Options

Options are self-fulfilled services that let customers enhance products, services, or their entire order. These items will show up as My Service orders in jobs.

Backgrounds

Background sets are groups of images that can be used as backgrounds on PNG poses. Add them to a price sheet for fun shopping interactivity with PNG poses.
