Opening the Export tool
In a Job, select Tools → Export
Start
Select either Barcode (30up) or Barcode (8up) 7x10 from the available export templates to begin customizing barcodes. The export is split into 2 steps:

Configure Export
Setup how Blueprint should output the exported data.
What settings can I edit?
Export To
Set where the output from Blueprint should be saved.
Folder Name
Customize the folder name Blueprint creates that will contain the export contents.
Output File Type
Set the exported file to be either a PDF or JPEG file.
Stack Sort
Have Blueprint sort the export to be cut in bulk with a paper cutter.
Export Barcodes
Customize the barcode slate cards exported from Blueprint.
📢 Both barcode exports have a preview section to see the cards before exporting.

What settings can I edit?
Sorting
Set up to 4 different layers of sorting for the export.
📝 Note: Add an optional page break to your export:
Page break after the first alphanumeric character or the entire field value.
Have the export split the output into multiple files on export.
Only available with PDF format.
Body Layout
Customize up to 3 lines by dynamically adding subject data with optional label.
Barcode Field
Set the subject data field to be used to create the barcode.
📢 Online Code (Studio ID / Online Code) is recommended and applied by default.

Sorting
Set up to 4 different layers of sorting for the export.

Header
Choose from available fields to apply a left and/or right header on the output file.
Body Layout
Customize up to 6 lines by dynamically adding subject data with optional label - or upload a custom image to apply to the body of the barcode. Can include gallery link or QR code.
Barcode Field
Set the subject data field to be used to create the barcode.
📢 Online Code (Studio ID / Online Code) is recommended and applied by default.
