What is the Images tab?

The Images tab directs attention to the images uploaded for your job. Here, you can review and edit single or multiple images within a Subject Job. This tab is exclusively accessible to Smart Workflow members. To access the Images tab, click on the Images icon in the Navigation Bar.

Selecting Images

Click on an image to select it. You can select multiple images in this tab using one of two methods:

  • Select multiple images: Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) + click to select individual images.

  • Select a range of images: Hold Shift + click to select a range of images.

After selecting your desired images, you can use the drop-down toolbar to download, hide, delete or reassign your selected images to a different subject.

Reverting Images

Selecting images in a Green Screen job will allow you to revert a knocked-out PNG back to the original, green screen jpg version. Select the image(s) you'd like to revert and click Revert Image in the toolbar.

Reviewing Images

Upon opening the Images tab, you'll see a grid containing all Subject Images in the Job. Each subject has a different colored bar running underneath their images to easily determine at a glance where a subject's images begin and end. Click on the + button to see all hidden images (if applicable).

Click the ellipses button (...) to open the selection tool. Utilize the checkboxes to designate an image as primary, for the yearbook (if relevant), or to hide it.

Pro Tips: The Orders Icon next to the Subject name indicates that this Subject has had orders placed in the Job. You can also select the Primary Image attribute by clicking on the Gold Star in the top-right corner.

Utilize the filter button beside the search box to refine your display of images and subjects in the grid. Explore all the available filter options to acquaint yourself with the various viewing possibilities.

Pro Tip: The image count in the top-left shows total images in your current view. That number will adjust automatically as filters are placed on your default view

Use the slider in the top-right corner to adjust the size of the images in the image grid. Play around with the sizing to find the view that's right for you!
