The General section of Job Settings is where the studio can add generic settings like Keyword, Password, Reference, and attach a Custom Form for pre-order configurations.

This section also lets you adjust the "core" information to create a job, like:

  • Price Sheet

  • Cart Template

  • Configuration

  • etc.

If this was skipped during new job setup, the settings can always be applied at any time.

Inside a Job, open Job SettingsGeneral

What details can I add?

Along with changing the core settings to create the job, the unique general settings that can be set are:

Reference

Set a keyword to the job to make it more searchable.

Password

Set an additional, shared "gallery password" that every visitor will need in order to access the shop. During re-order.

Custom Form

Attach a custom form to the job. Select No Form to skip using a form for the job. You'll absolutely want to add a custom form if you're doing a pre-order job.
