What An Initial Marketing Campaign Looks Like

The Abandoned Cart

  • An automated message will be sent to customers who exit the ordering site with items remaining in their cart that have not been checked out. Abandoned cart emails are sent everyday at a specified time to all customers who abandoned their cart within the previous 24 hours.

  • Abandoned cart emails serve to draw back customers and encourage them to finish ordering. Customers who otherwise would not have completed their checkout process now have the opportunity to turn into buyers.

The Initial Manual Release

  • This email is the first email that is sent to subjects once all digital proofs are ready to be viewed and ordered online. The initial manual release typically includes a watermarked proof, verbiage announcing the availability of images as well as highlights any popular products or incentives to order. The button in this email links directly to the specific subject's gallery.

The Reminder Emails

  • Reminder emails are scheduled according to the custom date you set within a job’s schedule set up.

  • Reminder emails serve to remind non-buyers that their images are still online and there is still time to order.

  • Reminder emails generally are sent over the first 30 days of the subject’s images being available online.
