Collections in My Designs refers to products that:

  • has a unique range attribute that requires at least 1 image.

  • can include all images.

These products are mostly used by the community to enable fulfilling items like:

  • All Image CDs

  • Digital Downloads

  • Photo Albums

There are typically fulfilled by the studio outside of Blueprint - shown as My Service orders.


Create a new collection product

Under My Designs, select Add Product β†’ Collection.

What details can I add?

Display Image

The default image to apply to the item when added to a price sheet. While it may be the default image, this attribute can always be changed on the price sheet.
​Recommend 600x600px image size.

Name

Set the default name to apply to the item when added to a price sheet. While it may be the default name, this attribute can always be changed on the price sheet.

Price

Set the default price of the product. While it may be the default price, this attribute can always be changed on the price sheet.

Default of $0 is acceptable.

Number of Images

Set a minimum and maximum number of images for customers to select or have it include all images.

πŸ“ Note:

  • It's recommended to keep the minimum and maximum values identical.

  • Blueprint digital download products are collection items with similar settings.

  • Using a low-high configuration with a price sheet's package image surcharge allows for easy digital or self-fulfilled per image charging.

SKU

Set the SKU of the product for vertical lab workflows.

Billing Code

Set the billing code for advanced product billing referencing through order exports.

Description

Set the default description of the product. While it may be the default description, this attribute can always be changed on the price sheet.
