Job Settings: Schedule

The Schedule section of Job Settings is where the studio can add important date information related to the photoshoot. It also has custom dates that can be used as marketing triggers.

This information set will be available on the dashboard of the job for quick reference.

If this was skipped during new job setup, the settings can always be applied at any time.

What details can I add?

Event Date

The date of the photoshoot.

Retake Date

The date of a retake photoshoot.

Expiration Date

Set the date and time access to the gallery should be expired. From the specified time onward, visitors will see the gallery expiration message from the cart template.

Custom Date 1

This custom date is used for marketing purposes - mainly as a trigger for email/SMS alerts.

Custom Date 2

This custom date is used for marketing purposes - mainly as a trigger for email/SMS alerts.
